Respond

We hope ‘Reparando’ is more than simply a good story. We want to inspire viewers to respond to what they have seen. Guatemala has historical hurdles, but there are amazing people in Guatemala who are responding. People like Shorty and Tita are embracing the pain of their past to connect with people around them and help repair the next generation. They have little resources but are giving everything they have. We have the opportunity to join them. We can partner and make a difference. “Together is better” – through the joy and the pain.

Community, service, generosity – these are simple concepts that work locally and globally to transform people and places. There are needs everywhere. We can ask beautiful questions and respond with our lives. What are the needs around us? If we ask our neighbor, they will tell us.
